If you login to a Citrix Presentation server using the XenApp Web Plugin or Hosted Plugin and you don't see your redirected printers in the printer list, check to make sure the 'Citrix Print Manager Service' is running on the Presentation server.
I checked policies and client settings for an hour before I figured that one out...d'oh!
