Excel Spreadsheet 'Missing'

If you open an Excel spreadsheet in Excel 2007 and you get nothing but the Excel Ribbon and a blank blue screen, resolve by:

1. Click on the View tab.
2. Click on the New Window button.

This will bring the spreadsheet back to the front and from there you can maximize it.
