Removing the space for entering the Domain Name in Citrix Web Client (XenApp Web Plugin)

To remove the blank that asks for the Domain Name in in the Citrix Web Interface in Presentation Server 4.5 and XenApp 5.0 on Windows 2003 only:

1. Open the Citrix Access Management Console on either the Citrix server or your management PC.
2. Expand Citrix Resources -> Configuration Tools -> Web Interface.
3. Highlight the website http://servername/Citrix/AccessPlatform.
4. In the right hand pane click on the 'Configure Authentication Methods'.
5. Highlight Explicit and click Properties.
6. In the option tree on the left, highlight 'Authentication Type'.
7. Click the Settings button on the right hand side.
8. Click the option for 'Hide domain field' and then click the Add button.
9. Type in your domain name in NetBIOS format (without the .local or .corp, etc) and click OK.
10. Click OK again.
11. Click OK a third time.

That's it. Now when a user goes to your Citrix website they will only have to input their username and password, no more entering in domain names!
