- Open the Citrix Access Management Console on either the Citrix server or your management PC.
- Expand Citrix Resources -> Configuration Tools -> Web Interface.
- Highlight the website http://servername/Citrix/AccessPlatform.
- In the right hand pane click on the 'Configure Authentication Methods'.
- Highlight Explicit and click Properties.
- In the option tree on the left, highlight 'Authentication Type'.
- Click the Settings button on the right hand side.
- Click the option for 'Hide domain field' and then click the Add button.
- Type in your domain name in NetBIOS format (without the .local or .corp, etc) and click OK.
- Click OK again.
- Click OK a third time.
That's it. Now when a user goes to your Citrix website they will only have to input their username and password, no more entering in domain names!
