If you receive the error "Failed to Set Event Logging" after starting the Citrix XenApp Program Neighborhood, it is most likely because the user is not a Power User on the local machine and therefore they don't have the ability to modify files located in C:\Program Files\Citrix\ICA Client. You can fix this by:
- Adding the user to the local Power Users group (or do as I do and add the whole Domain Users group).
- Give the regular local Users group the Write Permission to the C:\Program Files\Citrix\ICA Client directory.
