Duplicate Emails on BES

If you are running into an issue where a user (or multiple users) are getting duplicate emails on their Blackberry devices, the problem is caused by either:
  1. The Blackberry Desktop Redirector being installed and active on the user's computer.
  2. A BIS account being active with the service provider.

Check to see if either of the above items are true, and if they are, disable them. BES is the only service the user needs.
