Remote Web Workplace Login Issue

If your users are being confronted with an invalid username/password error message when they attempt to login to the Remote Web Workplace included with MS Small Business Server 2003, check the following article:

If the resolutions listed in the article do not work, then please check the user account's logon permissions:
  1. Open Active Directory Users and Computers.
  2. Right click the user in question and choose Properties.
  3. In the User Properties window, click the Account tab.
  4. Click the Logon Hours and Log On To... buttons and check each screen to make sure that the user in question is not limited to certain computers or times.
  5. If the user is limited, change the settings (the server must be added to the list of allowable computers under the Log On To... screen).
  6. Click OK twice to get out of the User Properties window and then close the Active Directory window.
