How to Clear the Offline Folder Cache in Windows XP

  1. Open Windows Explorer.
  2. Click Tools -> Folder Options.
  3. In Folder Options, on the Offline Files tab, press CTRL+SHIFT, and then click Delete Files.
  4. Click Yes two times to restart the computer.
