This operation has been cancelled due to restrictions in effect on this computer. Please contact your system administrator.

If you get the above error when you attempt to click on a hyperlink in Outlook 2007 (or any version of Outlook), follow the directions below:

1. Go to http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;EN-US;Q310049 and follow the instruction located there.
2. If those instructions do not work (often they don't) then repeat the registry operation listed in the above article, but instead of just exporting/importing the command folder, export/import the entire htmlfile folder.
